With the choice of an e-voucher or a hardcopy, giving the gift of relaxation has never been easier.
- Entitle the receiver to use the value amount specified on the gift certificate for purchasing Fern and Feather Retreat Services.
- Where the value of the service is less than the value of the gift certificate, the remainder can be used in future Fern and Feather Retreat service purchases.
- Where the value of the service is more than the value of the gift certificate, the remaining amount will need to be paid by the client/gift certificate holder.
- For service specified vouchers with no value amount noted, the receiver is entitled to use the voucher once for the service specified on the voucher.
- Service specific vouchers can alternatively be transferred/used for other services as follows; the current value of that service can contribute to any other service cost, where there is a shortfall the receiver will pay the difference. E.g. a solo bath voucher $65 can contribute to a duo bath service $110 – the receiver uses the voucher & pays $45 difference.
- Only redeemable through Gretchen Ledington at Fern and Feather Retreat , trading as Southern Relaxation Experiences Limited.
- 3 year expiry period (Note vouchers purchased earlier than 16th March 2026 – have 1 year expiry).
- Not valid after the date of expiry and not redeemable for cash.
